About Barometre du Recrutement 2.0
Barometre du Recrutement 2.0 is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry, and we were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Aiseau-Presles, Belgium.
We sought to understand and analyze the trends and the real impact of these changes. Our objective is to measure, analyze and assess annually the real impact of social media on recruitment processes and job searching in Belgium.
We deliver this work through online surveys conducted over eight weeks, with 17 questions posed to recruiters and 16 to job seekers. We clearly announced the objectives to participants, and 312 decision-makers and 724 job seekers answered our questions.
Our activities are focused on Belgium, with the results emphasizing Belgian specifics in Brussels and Wallonia.
This work is now realized with the publication of the Barometer of Recruitment 2.0.
