The average age of farmers is getting higher globally. The lack of younger professionals in the industry puts agriculture at a greater risk. These talents are found in Kenya among other parts of the world, and yet their entry through European borders and introduction to European practices tend to be complicated. Our mission is to partner with placement agencies and institutions that will relieve these complications and facilitate the implementation of university/college acquired knowledge by motivated and competent students ready to test their skills in practice.
