Beijing Global Talent Exchange Association is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Beijing, China.

We were founded under the guidance of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, P.R.C., with a mission to help global talents succeed in Chinese companies, educational institutes, and universities through advocacy, information, networking and business support services. As a nonprofit organization whose membership comprises around 300 companies and universities operating across China, we provide an interactive platform for global talents to exchange their experience in China, and we aim to establish a bridge between research institutes and the business sector, both from home and abroad, to allow them to share in talent and technology resources. We enjoy favorable state policy for our support of innovation and are authorized to conduct our activities nationwide, with supervision by the Beijing municipal government.

We deliver our services through advocacy, information, networking and business support, operating an interactive platform that connects global talents with opportunities in China. Our work is centered on linking research institutes with the business sector, both domestically and internationally, to facilitate the sharing of talent and technology resources through collaboration and exchange.

Our areas of specialization include education and talent acquisition and exchange.

We operate nationwide across China and have an international presence in the United Kingdom, with a primary location in Beijing and a presence in London, United Kingdom.
