Bersama is a program of YICF | Yayasan Internasional Cahaya Fajar, operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are a nonprofit organization founded in 2019 and headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia.
We connect young people in Indonesia to online work as freelance data annotators, and we provide free professional development activities to help program members improve their skills and prepare for their future careers.
