株式会社Beyond Cafe is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

Our purpose is to update career education in Japan by addressing career-education challenges from a private-sector perspective. We view education as a national strength, and we recognize a gap between student life and working life that can leave many young people uncertain about what work means and what they truly want to do. We design opportunities that help individuals understand and shape meaningful careers, working with them rather than merely advising.

We deliver our services through BEYOND CAFE programs and activities, including new graduate recruitment and coaching, career events and community operations, JOBS CAMP for young entrepreneurs under 23, and BizDev media and community initiatives. Through these offerings, we connect participants with opportunities and support their ongoing career development.

We aim to be Japan's most updated company in career education. In the future, we plan to expand into school programs for juniors (below university third year) and second-career segments, and to develop data science ventures leveraging our user communities.
