We are part of Big Ideas HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd., and we provide pharma recruitment services across Formulations, APIs, New Drug Discovery, Biotech, Diagnostics, Contract Research, and Clinical Research, as well as across functional areas including Corporate, Corporate Support, Manufacturing, and Research and Development, at levels from CEO to Manager. We operate in India and overseas, with presence in more than ten locations. We have expanded into volume hiring and RPO exclusive to the pharma sector, and we are pursuing projects such as profiling pharma success stories and a dedicated pharma event management and networking venture, with the aim of building a pharma network of companies and candidates under one roof to serve our clients.

We deliver our services through an end-to-end platform for pharma recruitment, covering the segments and functional areas mentioned above. We support national and international recruitment, and we collaborate with a network of partners specializing in pharma and life sciences to provide tailored solutions. We also work with volume hiring and RPO models designed for the pharma sector.
