BIRD Recruitment, we are a privately held recruitment agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Delft, The Netherlands.

We offer recruitment services in biotechnology, (bio)pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries. Since 1994 we have contributed to our clients’ successful performance by delivering highly qualified personnel. We were part of BIRD Engineering B.V. until the latter was acquired by Purac (Corbion) in March 2013, and since then we have continued our services as an independent recruitment agency operating from our office in Delft, The Netherlands. We have academic degrees in life sciences or chemistry and are familiar with the expertise that you need. We offer our services on the basis of exclusivity, which means a commitment from all parties.

We deliver our services through two main modalities: Recruitment, with candidates for employment at the customer; and Secondment, where candidates are hired by us at a mutually agreed hourly rate and billable hours equal actual hours worked.
