BISONDERS, we are a publicly held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Klosterneuburg, Austria.

We take care of the entire process from workforce planning to immigration formalities, and you only need to select a candidate. We advise on workforce planning, identify personnel in the Philippines who meet high quality and social standards, organize the entire bureaucracy for the departure from the Philippines and entry into Austria, run language courses and preparatory seminars, and accompany you and your Filipino professionals after arrival in Austria.

We deliver our services through structured, end-to-end processes that cover planning, recruitment, compliance, and onboarding. We handle the relocation bureaucracy, arrange language training and preparatory seminars, and provide ongoing support as the new staff settle in Austria.
