Personal leadership is a modern expression of existentialism, a path to living in accordance with personal and professional values, dreams, feelings and goals. It is about becoming clearer about what we want, what we feel, what is good for us, and what we need. We support you toward greater awareness, and greater awareness creates clarity about current issues, and from that starting point it becomes easier to make the right decisions for yourself, both personally and professionally.

We deliver coaching through structured sessions focused on increasing awareness and facilitating decision making. We begin with an initial phone contact to assess chemistry and whether we can help with the issue, and we offer one-hour sessions.
