We are Bo Projects, a self-owned organization in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Cali, Colombia.

We provide services in diagnosing psychosocial risk, intervention, motivation, and the development of emotional intelligence, quality of life, self-esteem and resilience, as well as support for life of couples and families, creative skills, public speaking, education in affectivity and sexuality for children, and prevention in family law, among other areas. Our activities follow an experiential and participatory methodology that encourages reflection at individual and group levels, using tools such as case analyses, readings, interactive dynamics, teamwork, role-playing, and outdoor training, among others.

We deliver our services through a group of professionals who conduct diagnostic assessments of psychosocial risk, implement interventions, support motivation, and develop skills across the areas described. We apply the experiential and participatory approach to engage individuals and groups.
