We are Bocconi Alumni Topic People & Organization, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We believe people are the most important stakeholders, and the ability to change, to innovate and to compete, as well as the identity and success of every organization, depend on them.

Starting January 2021, we host HR TALKS: One-to-one with…, on the third Monday of every month, from 18:30 to 20:00, to interview a C-level HR executive and grow together—interview after interview, both professionally and personally. We approach this journey with passion, a sense of responsibility and a strong desire to build with you an observatory on current and strategic topics in HR, an observatory that can teach, inspire and engage all of us Alumni.
