BonCrew is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry; we were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Riga, Latvia.
We provide crew management services to help our clients be more efficient and effective in their operations. We have all the resources, systems and experience to provide high quality service.
Our crew management services include seafarers document verification, recruitment, employment, management, planning, payroll calculations, wages transfer and travel coordination. We ensure that our seafarers meet all required certification, qualification and competence standards, as well as the SIRE matrix. Our office is ISO 9001 compliant.
We operate in Latvia.
We specialise on seafarers for different types of tankers, but we are ready to offer qualified specialists for all other types of vessels as well.
