We are Boost by FC Rosengård, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Malmö, Sweden.

Our purpose is to create conditions for everyone to enter the labor market. Our vision is an inclusive labor market that takes into account each individual's dreams, competencies and willingness to contribute.

We began as the Boost project in Malmö in 2011 to provide a holistic approach to supporting young job seekers. We deliver tailored support across areas where participants may need help, including health, education, motivation, and practical assistance to find paths to education or employment. We focus on this target group and also work with newcomers of all ages to support their entry into the labor market.

Our specialties include recruitment, guidance, matching, youth, psychosocial ill health, integration, gender equality, health, education, the idea-driven sector, international collaboration, entrepreneurship, the labor market, and inclusion.

We operate in Sweden.

We operate a broad range of activities and initiatives, all focused on creating the best possible conditions for primarily young people, newcomers and long-term unemployed to enter the labor market.
