Boyden Portugal is a privately held organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1986 and are headquartered in Lisboa, Portugal.

We created the business of international retained Executive Search over 75 years ago, and today we continue to drive innovation in the industry that we created. We are trusted advisors specialized in Executive Search, Leadership Consulting, and Interim Manangement for a diverse client base that includes Fortune 500 companies worldwide, other multinationals, small and middle-market companies, start-ups, as well as Public and Non-Profit organizations.

We have offices in Lisboa and Porto. We were the first international executive search firm to enter the Portuguese market and have been working with organizations in the country.
