We are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the information management and change management sectors. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Alkmaar, Netherlands.

We serve trainees and young professionals who want to work in information management and change management. We operate nationwide across the public sector as well as for banks, hospitals, care institutions and for-profit organizations.

To support emerging talent, we collaborate with the Academy for Information & Management. After a selective process, you participate in the Traineeship Information Management while also working on projects built within our network. As a Breinstein Trainee you are employed by us and begin the Traineeship Information Management.

During this program you combine working with learning, you receive a salary, and you can count on good secondary terms. We finance your education.

We select candidates on the basis of our core competencies: being flexible, open to change, entrepreneurial, responsible, and having the ability to reflect on one's own performance and behavior. If you have more beyond these five, we would, of course, like to hear about it.
