We are Brice Group, a privately held staffing and recruitment organization operating in the Nordics within Executive Search, Specialist Recruitment, Interim Management and Organizational- and Leadership Development. We are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Our mission is to attract and appoint the right employee or interim consultant for the position. We work with precision and speed, and in close dialogue with our clients. We contribute to developing the client's organization.

Throughout the process, we use scientific and empirically validated methods to ensure optimal results in the selection of candidates. During initial collaborations, we are prepared to interview both the appointing manager and other employees to gain insight into the candidate's future assignment and the organization's culture. Some of our clients want us to conduct an independent assessment of the organization before we start identifying candidates or initiating organizational development projects. We assess through competency-based interviews as well as SHL's testing tools: assessment of personal characteristics (OPQ) and ability tests.

We have extensive experience working as senior executives and board members in listed and unlisted companies on global, Nordic, and national levels, mainly within Life Science and Health. We also work with organizations involving roles in sustainability, environment, and quality.
