Bright Star Human Resources Pvt Ltd is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal.

We provide recruitment services in Nepal, with a focus on the hospitality sector. We were established to help employers source trained and experienced professionals for hotel operations and to advise on the documentation required for recruitment and mobilization.

We deliver our services by guiding clients through the process of sourcing qualified candidates across hotel departments and by advising on the documentation required by the Labour Department for recruitment and mobilization.

We operate in the hospitality industry and have worked with international hotel brands in the Gulf region, including Atlantis the palm, Ritz-Carlton, Hilton, Kempinski, Hyatt, Rotana, Fairmont, and Starwood.

We operate primarily in Nepal and engage with international brands in the Gulf region. Our work is centered in Kathmandu, Nepal, reflecting our headquarters location.
