We are BSG Hospitality Interns, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, United States.

We specialise in placing European hospitality management student interns at prestigious private clubs along the East coast of the United States. For clubs and hotels, having career-oriented students enhances the quality of their service teams. Our recruitment is a multi-stage process that begins with informational presentations at universities and colleges. We then ensure that each student is eligible for the J-1 visa and programme and identify the best possible prospective host for the student, based upon information gathered in the earlier stages. We also provide CV guidance, coordination with the J-1 visa sponsor, Skype interview advice and preparation, coordination with the host club or hotel, visa application assistance, a Pre-Departure Orientation seminar in London, 24-hour support during the stay in the United States, and a cultural events schedule.

We deliver our services through a structured, multi-stage process. We begin with informational presentations at universities and colleges to engage potential interns, then assess eligibility for the J-1 visa and programme and identify suitable host organizations based on information gathered earlier. We coordinate with host clubs or hotels to align opportunities, prepare the Training & Internship Placement Plan (TIPP) via Form DS-7002, and issue the Form DS-2019 to approve the exchange internship. We provide CV guidance, coordinate with the J-1 visa sponsor, offer Skype interview preparation, and support visa applications while coordinating with the host organization throughout the placement.
