We are Budaya, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

First, we provide a wholesome employee experience through Happily, which offers an infrastructure to systematically and consistently deliver interventions to the workforce, track engagement, and provide analysis and insights to managers for their teams and to organisations for the entire organisation. We also offer complementary and paid add-ons to help organisations, managers and employees make the most of their information and experience, with analytics-driven recommendations to rectify situations on time. Second, we address specific cultural needs by offering a carefully designed culture plan out of our six culture initiatives to accelerate culture change. These 3-6 month packages, with an option to extend, use Happily as the base infrastructure, where we manage the interactions and trigger activations, as well as offline engagement and training. The objective is to instil and enable the stickiness of specific behaviours or habits you would like to see in their organisation. Some options include boosting people manager performance and behaviour, giving and receiving feedback, having honest conversations and building transparency, nurturing a culture of curiosity and love of learning, driving the adoption of new values and behaviours, and employer branding and brand equity.

We deliver our work by providing the Happily infrastructure as the base for delivering interventions and engagement activities, while tracking and analyzing engagement to support timely actions. We manage interactions and activations and coordinate offline engagement and training as part of our approach.
