We, Buhar - Conciencia en Desarrollo, are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Capital Federal, Argentina.

We develop organizations (companies, entities, institutions) to achieve better results by supporting the development of individuals and groups interested in expanding their potential, through consulting services, training for leadership positions, coordination of learning groups, and coaching for individuals and groups.
