We are Buisán2H-Formación y Desarrollo Integral de Personas, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Córdoba, Spain.

We provide business solutions in personnel management through two related services. The first is competency-based human resources consulting, through which we seek maximum business performance in four internal development areas: organization, motivation, communication, and training. We do this through a document we call Strategic Human Resources Planning, which helps us establish factors for improvement and design action projects for short, medium, and long term. The second service is attitudinal training, through which we draw on our experience to maximize people’s performance by improving intra- and interpersonal qualities and their motivation for continuous improvement. This includes activities such as teamwork improvement, conflict resolution, empowerment, and management skills.

We deliver our work through our two main activities with manuals that support our practice. We complement our services with the development and commercialization of instructional manuals related to our two main activities: training manuals for labour guidance and comprehensive HR management, and manuals of procedures for companies.
