We are Byts, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.
We understand that when you search for someone to join your team you value both technical ability and fit with your company culture. This can lead to lengthy recruitment processes, often ending with a profile that is not 100% what you are looking for. For this reason, we delegate recruitment processes for our clients. Through our Talent-Sight method we have achieved that half of the candidates we submit end up being hired. Fully aligned with the culture and needs of our clients, we select the person who fits within each company.
