Cand — we are a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark.

We aim to contribute to the development of both small and large businesses by helping enterprises hire students while bringing students closer to the job market. We break down barriers and obstacles in relation to employing students and make it easy for companies to have work tasks solved by attaching a student to the business through our unique business model. As part of this model, we meet all students for an interview to ensure both competence and chemistry. In parallel with having a student connected to your company, we support the development of the individual student through our Business Academy. The Business Academy consists of career-preparatory workshops, development discussions, sparring between students, real-life problem solving, and social events. Our business model makes it easy for companies to find and retain the right employee, providing a solid foundation for getting tasks done.

We deliver our services by connecting a company with a student, handling payroll, vacation pay, and related administration, and providing ongoing development through the Business Academy. We meet candidates for interviews to assess competence and chemistry and help define tasks with input from our knowledge of study directions. The Business Academy offers career-preparatory workshops, development conversations, peer discussions among students, real-life problem solving, and social activities to support the student’s development. We communicate brand and work tasks to attract the right candidates and support retention by offering a stimulating environment with other students.
