CANDIDATE FIRST is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We specialize in digital recruitment, leveraging AI and data, and we are backed by Women First to present balanced shortlists of women and men.

Our sourcing process includes multichannel publication of job offers across LinkedIn, APEC, RegionsJob, Indeed, CVaden, and Meteojob, as well as a digitally driven direct approach. Our engagements include delivering a shortlist within five to ten working days, sourcing through digitalised headhunting with evaluation of hard and soft skills, and reference and diploma checks, with ongoing support until the position is filled.
