We are Capital Group, a group of Polish companies operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Jaroslaw, Poland.

We help our clients in Poland, Germany, the Netherlands and other EU countries with finding workers and arranging their official employment. We identify candidates who meet your criteria within the timeframe you specify, we employ workers through our Polish company, and we delegate workers to you in Germany under an outsourcing contract on the basis of an A1 letter of assignment.

We are legally responsible for the legality of the employee's stay with you. We pay all necessary taxes and fees, both for the employee and the employer. We calculate and pay salaries to employees to the bank account. We keep personnel records of employees. We provide accounting and legal support for the whole process. We prepare all the necessary documents for the official employment of an employee (invitation, residence permit, identification number, health insurance, CFR-1, A1 - letter of assignment, registration in ZOLL).
