The process begins when a client provides information about the required roles—numbers, qualifications, start dates, and project end dates. We perform a cost analysis and initiate the proposal, and the terms are negotiated and confirmed by contract. We conduct search and selection activities and present options in the format you prefer. Once you approve a candidate, the onboarding is completed under our payroll in line with legal procedures.

Our specialties include human resources, employment, blue-collar work, white-collar work, and payroll services. We provide payroll services in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, taking full responsibility for payroll processing for workers outside the standard payroll, ensuring completeness and timeliness. We hold a Special Employment Office permit from the Turkish Employment Agency, dated August 26, 2017, license number 934.
