We focus on and deepen our work in the semiconductor industry, delivering human resources services and supporting the development of domestic semiconductors.

We deliver our services by connecting clients with mid-to-high-end professionals, overseas talent, and talent-for-growth initiatives, drawing on our broad talent pool and international reach.

Specifically, we provide mid-to-high-end headhunting, overseas talent introduction, talent services for enterprises expanding overseas, and talent strategy consulting. We maintain a large pool of semiconductor talent across Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, the United States, and Germany. In the semiconductor field, we have served more than 500 companies.

We have a global reach across more than a dozen countries and regions, including Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, the United States, and Germany. We maintain offices in Shanghai, Wuxi, Xi'an, and Shenzhen, China.
