Cargo Terminal Operator Sp. z o.o. is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Gdańsk, Poland.

We are a port operator with more than eight years of experience delivering essential solutions at terminals.

We require that our staff hold all necessary certificates and training to work at port terminals. They can perform tasks ranging from simple warehousing handoffs to full handling of general cargo ships, bulk carriers, and container ships, as well as complex securing and work on oversized cargo. Our operators are high‑quality specialists with substantial professional experience and the qualifications required to operate terminal equipment, such as reach stackers without load restrictions, yard cranes for bulk materials and containers, quay cranes for container handling, specialized cranes for high‑tonnage goods, terminal tractors, devices for moving containers such as Kalmar and Reachstacker, standard and high‑capacity palletizers, as well as loaders and bulldozers. Expeditors, ship's stewards, gatehouse staff, and technical service personnel (electricians, welders, mechanics) form another group of workers we deploy. In addition, we have a well‑trained group of supervisors who can independently oversee all kinds of handling operations and have experience managing port crews. The operational side is managed by planners who are in 24‑hour contact with port and terminal operation centers to ensure client satisfaction with the services performed.
