Carrefours pour l’Emploi is a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 1991 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We were born from a desire to create a strong link between the nation and its armed forces to facilitate the return to employment for military personnel. Our mission later expanded to the civilian sphere, and in 30 years has made us the reference organizer in France for employer/candidate meetings and recognized as a public utility establishment.

We have built a track record of success by developing a broad range of actions for employment, training and professional mobility, including salons, job dating, HR meetings, employment escape games, and conferences. We implement these measures to contribute to reducing unemployment and to fight all forms of exclusion.
