We are People & Performance Consultants. Since 2002 we have recruited sales and marketing professionals for many of Australia's best known and most loved businesses. Our recruitment division continues to have a depth of knowledge and experience in these areas but with the proven experience and ability to support our clients more broadly across executive recruitment in all functional areas. Importantly the two parts of our business - recruitment and talent management - work collaboratively with our clients deeply and broadly to ensure they are not only attracting but also engaging and developing the best talent - supporting them across the entire talent lifecycle. The talent management landscape has undergone vast changes in recent years and we have continued to evolve to meet the changing needs of our clients. Our small team and entrepreneurial spirit allows us to be nimble and innovative. In 2021 we launched Obsidian Leaders - our executive leadership development program, along with the relaunch of our Carrera brand and full assimilation of our talent management division formally operating under the Engageability brand. Our dedicated team design customised solutions to meet our clients' strategic and operational objectives. We support candidates across their entire career journey, working with them to reach goals and unlock opportunities.
