We are CATRO Slovensko s.r.o., a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Bratislava, Slovakia.

We assist our customers in the strategic set-up of their human resources management and help them to find the right employees. We help companies to see their employees' potential and develop new perspectives. We want to open new career paths for graduates and people looking for work. Our approach is systemic: analysis, development and execution of strategy in relation to the company as a whole and under consideration of external factors such as market structures and economic framework.

We have core competences in the recruitment process and the development of potentials. Together with the consulting firm for training and further education die Berater® and the market research institute MAKAM Research, we form a group providing our customers with know-how in all questions relating to human resources management.

We specialize in recruitment, executive search, coaching, management- and leadership training courses, outplacement, polling of employees, team development, and employment branding.

We operate in Slovakia.
