We are CDG Conseil, an independent partnership operating in the staffing and human resources industry and dedicated exclusively to the life science sector. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

Our purpose is to connect clients with leadership and expertise in life sciences through our range of services, including executive search, assessment, coaching, and outsourcing/interim management. We are an independent firm owned by the management.

We deliver our services through a client-focused approach that emphasizes understanding needs, identifying middle and top management, and managing assignments from start to finish. We operate from offices in Paris, Lyon, and Brussels and recruit across France and internationally via INRALS.

We specialize in recruitment and assessment across the life sciences spectrum, including medical device and capital equipment, the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry, health and medical centers, animal health, pharmaceuticals, and diagnostics. We provide executive search for middle management and top management, and we offer outsourcing/interim management and clinical research outsourcing. We also provide coaching, consulting, biotechnology, medtech, and e-health services.

We operate in France and internationally, supported by our INRALS membership (International Network of Recruitment Agencies in Life Sciences). Our headquarters are in Paris, with offices in Lyon and Brussels, enabling us to recruit across France and beyond.
