We are Ce.Co.Psy Centro Consulenza Psicologica, a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Pavia, Italy.
We provide psychological counseling to individuals and to enterprises, bringing together professionals with clinical and corporate expertise to support the development and well-being of people and organizations. We work across three areas—Cecopsy Individuo, Cecopsy Famiglia, and Cecopsy Impresa—each offering a multidisciplinary approach built with specialized professionals to maximize the impact of every intervention.
Our approach centers on the needs of the person, the family, and the work team in every intervention, with a focus on continuous improvement.
We offer services across psychology-related support, HR consulting, single-session therapy, training, education, parenting, and recruitment and selection. Each area applies a multidisciplinary approach, with specialists contributing to the interventions we deliver.
