Cedar and Oak was born out of the need to provide sustainable Human Resource Solutions for Small and Medium Organizations who are faced with the challenge of filling the talent gaps that exist either due to the absence of effective recruitment strategies or lean resources that could be deployed to other areas of their businesses, while also curbing the rate of unemployment in the country by providing employable skills and training for the teeming workforce thereby preparing them for their chosen career path.
