We are a forum for HR, finance, health and safety, and CIO executives, whose objectives are to exchange professional experiences, mutual collaboration, and training. The network began in 1974 through a group of HR Directors, and about twenty years later, to provide organizational and service support to the network, CEDERED was created as an entity that facilitates HR and management services for companies and organizations, promoting exchange and learning through initiatives such as the School of Good Governance and the online Master in HR 4.0, among others. The project of the RED and CEDERED is humanist, business and social in nature, and no change is possible without the commitment of the people. The best advances in technical and methodological innovations must be accompanied by the responsibility of the people in the organization, because organizations are made by the people who work in them.

We propose, promote and monitor actions to improve organizations, including skills training, talent selection and evaluation, workplace climate and engagement, performance evaluation, and outsourcing.
