We are Center for Human Resources, a privately held recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Belgrade, Serbia.

We originated as part of the Center for New Education as a distinct segment focused on education in technological entrepreneurship, innovation, development projects, leadership, human resources, and all that human resources encompasses. We are dedicated to developing leadership and governance, and to introducing a coaching culture in organizations with a strong emphasis on agile methodologies and the development of IT teams and IT companies. Gamification in education is something we practice as a call to play, experimentation, and the creation of something new. We are a young and creative team whose experience in companies both domestically and internationally helps us bring beginners and professionals closer to the challenges they may face on their development path and in the growth of companies. Since 2014, within our HR HUB, we offer internships for young people with the aim of empowerment and development, inviting them to invest in themselves, their leadership skills and business knowledge. Programs we are particularly known for include what it means to be HR in IT companies, development of IT teams, and Become an Entrepreneur.
