CEWEZ vzw is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We are headquartered in Zeebrugge, Belgium.

We stand for the Centrale der Werkgevers Zeebrugge and we are the only body recognized by royal decree for employers who employ port workers in the ports of Zeebrugge-Brugge, Ostend and Nieuwpoort. Every employer must be a member of Cewez vzw to comply with the Codex and the labor and social security legislation. Each port worker can access Cewez vzw for personnel administration, training, work clothing and safety aspects. In addition to our role as a social office for port workers, we also facilitate social dialogue between employers and unions in bipartite social organizations.

We deliver services through direct engagement with employers and port workers, providing personnel administration, training, work clothing and safety aspects.

We operate in Belgium and serve the ports of Zeebrugge-Brugge, Ostend and Nieuwpoort.
