We offer recruitment and professional sparring. A recruitment process comprises several parts: candidate and job profile development, advertising, testing (MPA and ACE from Master A/S), candidate evaluation, interviews, reference checks, and a guarantee. We provide the option to engage in the full process from start to finish, or only the parts that are needed. We call this Tailored IT Recruitment; the task defines the method and not the other way around. In addition, our long IT and recruitment experience enables us to offer professional sparring.
