We are Chasse Executive Search, a partnership operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in The Hague, Netherlands.

We specialize in executive search and interim management. We are also engaged in the assessment of boards and management teams, guiding self-evaluations of supervisory boards and boards of commissioners, and addressing diversity issues at the top. We are proud that around 50% of the candidates we place are women.

We distinguish ourselves by our deep knowledge of relevant markets, our networks, and a precise execution. We combine these with a pragmatic, transparent, and no-nonsense approach. Beyond search experience, we apply our intuition as an important extra instrument in successfully placing key positions. We carry out assignments from start to finish ourselves and do not use so-called research consultants, remaining in control to respond quickly. All assignments we undertake include executive search work in the (semi-)public sector as well as in the financial and business services sectors, drawing on each other's experience. We are based at Landgoed Marlot in The Hague.
