We are CHOICY, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia.

We have been collaborating with startups since 2011 and have filled 1440+ positions. Since 2014, we have been actively aiding in team formation for the United States, Europe, and Asia, and other global markets. In 2023 we created a platform with over 2000 AAA+ candidates who are waiting for offers. We collaborate with candidates and companies developing globally sought-after products. While grades and titles are important, we delve deeper, and we have a thorough understanding of candidates' career paths and evaluate how their experience and skills can enhance products.
