We are Co3+ Intelligence Collective et Plus, a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Luxembourg, Luxembourg.

Our purpose is to accompany organizations in implementing participatory modes of work and governance. We aim to foster teams where trust dominates and operate with less hierarchical structures; each person knows their role and where their mission ends and another's begins; we promote accountability, the optimization of each one’s strengths and limits, and ongoing progression. We aim to improve collaboration, cultivate a culture of mutual aid, and move away from silos. We support the emergence and realization of positive, regenerative initiatives for people and the world in which we live.

To deliver our services, we provide team coaching to establish a mode of collaboration and governance that matches the people and activity and is more participative. We design and facilitate participatory workshops to move teams out of crises and engage participants in ESG or other projects. We facilitate professional co-development groups for managers to learn and develop among peers in collective intelligence. We support change by facilitating participatory workshops that illuminate human levers to adopt new behaviors (Fresque du facteur humain).
