Coaching by Helena Anjos, we are a self-owned company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Setubal, Portugal.

We are a duo in life and in taking care of lives, and complicity defines us. With this reality as a backdrop and our concern for new knowledge, we invest in an integrated and complementary approach, where our methodologies enable us to care for you, your teams, and your company with rigor, ethics and passion. We are Senior Professional Coaches, certified and accredited by ICF and EMCC.
