We are BAO Elan Vital, operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Brussels, Belgium.

We were born from the meeting of experienced coaches driven by a shared passion: to accompany individuals through their transformation. We emphasize sharing, listening, inspiration, and being connected to our Elan Vital. All our coaches bring solid experience from the business world and/or the nonprofit sector before choosing to devote themselves to coaching and training. They are certified by the BAO Elan Vital institute to ensure coherence, quality and professionalism, and because they share the humanist and optimistic values of our school. They are also trained in group dynamics according to several approaches and are committed to ongoing training and supervision.
