Conexión Laboral Carolina is a government agency operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Carolina, Puerto Rico.

We are the system that integrates the various sectors of workforce development, and our purpose is to connect people seeking training and employment opportunities (youth, adults, and/or displaced workers, including individuals with barriers) with employers and service providers, and with institutions, among other agencies, to meet the needs of each sector.

We operate as a coordinated network that integrates diverse sectors of workforce development to connect job seekers with opportunities and to align the efforts of employers, service providers, institutions, and other agencies to meet the needs of each sector.

We operate in Puerto Rico.

The aim of this joint effort is to achieve full employment and increase the competitiveness of our workforce and our country.
