ConnecTalent Mx is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Zapopan, Mexico.

We are an organization specialized in attracting, developing, and staffing human talent. We are a Mexican organization that began operations in 2015 and currently serve a broad portfolio of clients from medium and large companies. Our motivation is to help people obtain employment to support thousands of families in the country.

We deliver our services through established processes for recruitment and personnel administration, headhunting, and payroll administration and payroll outsourcing. We also offer additional services such as specialized psychometrics, socioeconomic studies, polygraph testing, 360-degree workplace climate evaluations, anti-doping and occupational medical studies, dissemination of vacancies via loudspeakers and flyers, and NOM-035 occupational risk services.
