Consult Business Partner is a self-employed organization operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We provide comprehensive HR services across all disciplines, including recruitment, mass recruitment, training, outplacement, career counseling, market research, salary benchmarking, and Talent Mapping. We work to help all Ukrainians who have lost their jobs find new employers, both within Ukraine and in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Germany, Slovakia, Moldova, and others. We serve across many sectors, including FMCG, HR, IT, automotive, agro-industrial sector, banking, government, publishing and printing, e-commerce, consulting, media, healthcare, non-governmental organizations / NGO, real estate and development, education, HoReCa, manufacturing and industry, marketing and advertising, insurance, telecommunications, trade, retail, logistics, tourism, pharmaceuticals, and financial services in Ukraine, the EU and the United States. Payments for services are made by employer companies. If companies in Ukraine cannot pay for services but their activities will help the country, we will assist for free. Candidates receive all services free anywhere. We also allocate part of the funds from service delivery to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces and volunteer organizations.
