Consulta HR s.r.o., we are a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We provide personalized HR consulting to medium- and small-sized firms that do not have an HR professional or have one but cannot cover all HR needs due to time constraints, and we handle the remaining work. Larger firms also contact us and select the part of HR they need help with.

We began with recruitment delivered with a personal approach, focusing on the needs of clients and candidates. We have continued to develop in recruitment, as well as labor law and psychology, and gradually expanded to cover all areas of HR. Our emphasis is to understand the needs and requirements of clients in detail, and based on these insights we expanded our HR activities within organizations toward full HR coverage. We can assist in individual areas, depending on what you need.

Our specialties include external recruitment, labor law, coaching, psychological counseling, psychotherapy, recruitment, education, and leadership.

We operate in the Czech Republic and serve clients within the country. We are based in Prague, Czech Republic.
