Consulting SpA

Consulting SpA is a privately held organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1995 and are headquartered in Sondrio, Italy.

We are a consulting network whose know-how comes from extensive experience in managerial consulting, the selection and training of human resources, and the organization and marketing within banks. Our flexible approach allows us to intervene with proven competence on projects of any size, maximizing the effectiveness of our interventions while containing costs.

In our long-standing activity, through the experiences we have gained, we coordinate interventions in diverse areas of specialization, supporting partner banks and clients distributed across the country. We provide training in classroom or at distance, both synchronous (webinars) and asynchronous (e-learning), through our proprietary Impara platform, certified by the main funding funds and compliant with Consob and IVASS regulations.

Our specialties include the banking sector, personnel selection in the banking area, banking consulting, banking training, and digital innovation.

We operate in Italy.

We can oversee the entire process of approving funded training plans (FBA, Fondir, etc.).
