Consultora C2

We are Consultora C2, a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We are the first collaborative consultancy in Argentina. We work in partnership with other consultants, both within and outside the country.

We use ICTs in the Open Space model, and we meet in coworking spaces only when we need to, avoiding excessive use of the environment. Our work is based on participatory developments and always beta, with the help of cloud computing and a Holacratic framework.

We provide consulting, training, collaboration, coaching, collective intelligence, virtual teams, and management labs.

We operate in Argentina and collaborate with associates inside and outside the country.

We are passionate, experts, avant-garde, curious, and very restless. We enjoy committing to our clients, engaging in their realities, and, at the same time, contributing our personal touch.
