We are CONTIGO PSICOLOGIA SPORTIVA, a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Reggio Emilia, Italy.

We are a center of sport psychology and adolescent psychology dedicated to training psychological skills. We offer simple and accessible psychology to address the daily challenges we face in sport and in life. We learn to manage pressure, maintain concentration, cope with stressful situations, and face the inevitable mistakes of competition; these experiences are fundamental to improving our abilities and increasing our confidence. The world of sport is full of young talents, skilled and effective at demonstrating technical and tactical abilities, but often unable to put them at the service of the competitive environment.

We deliver our services through a range of offerings that reflect our specialties, including sport psychology, adolescent psychology, mental training, mental training management, team building, psychology consulting for adolescents, and academic support for adolescents and for adolescent athletes. Our approach is to provide assessments, coaching, and structured programs that develop mental skills and support individuals and groups in practical ways.
